Where Can I Park?

Artists may park vehicles in TCAN’s parking lot, directly adjacent to the brick firehouse venue. There is a green load-in door that leads directly to the stage.

For performances held at other local venues, the show advance/production advance communication will provide details including parking, production, catering, local ground transportation, and day of show schedule.

Can You Accommodate Full-size Tour Buses?

Yes, but full-size tour buses must be advanced with Theatre Operations Manager Sydnie Donofrio at 508-647-0097 x208. Buses would be parked on Summer St. in front of the venue, or in TCAN’s parking lot, as directed. Currently, no shore power hookup is available.

What Time Are Doors?

Doors typically open at 7:30 pm for the majority of our evening performances.

What Time Can I Load-in?

Our standard load-in time is 5 pm. If you want to arrive earlier, please advance with Erin Basile at 508-647-0097 x.207

What is the Capacity of the Venue?

  • 270 reserved seating
  • 350 standing

Do You Have a Dressing Room?

We have one dressing room with a single private bathroom, couch, table, mirror, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi access.

Can We Bring in Outside Sound/PA Equipment ?

Any external outboard gear, sound consoles, monitor boards, etc., must be approved in advance by TCAN house engineer Joe Idzal at joeidzal@natickarts.org.

Can We Bring in Our Own Lighting Equipment?

We rarely allow outside lighting instruments into the venue. If you have a specific request, please advance your request with Erin Basile.

Do You Allow Haze Machines?

Due to the smoke alarms and security systems currently installed at the venue, we do not permit the use of haze or fog machines for performances at TCAN.

What is the Size of the Stage?

Our stage size is 25ft long by 12ft wide. The stage is approximately 18 inches in height, with the first row of seats only a few feet from the front edge of the stage.

Do You Have a Piano?

A Yamaha C7 Grand Piano is available on-stage. If the piano will be used during the performance, artists should notify the staff during the advance process to ensure the instrument is properly tuned for day of show.

Can You Move the Piano Off-stage?

No. The piano must remain on stage. See Tech Specs for further info.

What Kind of Sound System Do You Have?

Are There Restaurants Near the Venue?

Yes, there are a number of fine restaurants within walking distance of the venue. See the Dining Guide page for more information.
