Showing Proof of Vaccination at TCAN

UPDATED MARCH 10 2022: Effective on this date, COVID safety protocols have changed. Proof-of-vaccination requirements have been suspended, and masks are highly encouraged, but optional for all patrons. Protocols are subject to change based on the request of a performing artist, or updated guidance from local health authorities.

For questions related to a particular performance, please contact the TCAN Box Office at 508-647-0097 x201 during normal box office hours, noon - 4pm Tuesday through Friday, or Saturdays noon - 2pm.

----------------------------------------------

Effective August 27, 2021, TCAN requires all staff, performers, and patrons to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination when they work, perform, or attend performances or movie screenings at TCAN. Guests are required to wear protective masks while not actively eating or drinking.

Full vaccination is currently defined as a 2-dose series of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson's vaccine. This definition is subject to change, and if it does, we will follow guidance of the CDC.

All patrons are advised that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting our venue, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Please - help keep each other healthy.

PROOF OF VACCINATION

Vaccination cards or clear photocopies of your vaccination card will be considered acceptable proof of vaccination. You must also provide a government-issued photo ID matching the name on your vaccine card. Note that a current negative COVID test will NOT suffice for entry.

You may also save a photo of your vaccine card on your phone.

On iPhones: Use the Notes app on your iPhone to create a new note called "Covid-19 Vaccine Card" so it's easy to search for. While in your new note, press and hold the camera icon and select Scan Documents to store a photo of your card.

On Android Phones: Open Google Drive, tap Add, then Scan. Take a photo of the document, and Google Drive will auto-crop the area and save the scan as a PDF file. For easy access, tap the three dots in the upper left corner of the image to add it to starred documents, and download it for offline access.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT TCAN - ALL PROGRAMS

TCAN has reopened all programs at full capacity, meaning no social distancing. All artists and event staff, including volunteers, will be required to also provide proof of vaccination and wear protective masks during the event. Final protocols for patrons will be announced prior to each program, but may include mask enforcement, increased cleaning and ventilation enhancements. TCAN will follow guidelines and standards set by the CDC and all state/county guidelines in place on the date of the program.

Thank you again for your understanding and support while we navigate this difficult time.
