Bill Novakowski
Bill is making his second appearance with the TCAN Players as Mellersh Wilton in Enchanted April. You may have previously seen Bill before as Freddy the barkeep in our recent production of Picasso at the Lapin Agile. By day, Bill is a teacher’s assistant at Medway High School and he currently lives in Ashland with his family.

Cathy Merlo
Cathy returns to the Natick Stage as Costanza in Enchanted April. Cathy was previously seen in the TCAN Players’ productions of “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change” and “The Mousetrap.” Currently Cathy resides in Wellesley but has also lived in Salem, MA and Dallas TX. By day Cathy works at Babson College and is someday hoping to receive a call from Lin-Manuel Miranda asking her to join the cast of Hamilton.

Cindy Bell
Cindy makes her TCAN Players debut as Lotty in Enchanted April. Although she is making her Natick debut, Cindy is not new to Community Theater. Some of her favorite past roles include Bo in Criminal Hearts, Dedire in I Hate Hamlet, and Ruth in Calendar Girls. By day Cindy is a clinical social worker in a private practice and she currently lives in Holliston with her family and her puggle dog Lila.

Julien LaFleur
Julien is making his TCAN Players debut as Anthony Wilding in Enchanted April. By day, Julien manages a team of software quality experts for Dell. He currently lives in Natick with his wife and two children where he spends his free time volunteering with the Natick Drama Workshop where his daughter is a budding actress.

Marianne Phinney
Marianne comes to the Natick stage as Mrs. Graves in the TCAN Players’ production of Enchanted April. Some of her favorite past roles include Sarah Goode in The Sisters Rosenwig, Cassius in Julius Cesar, and Margie in Good People. By day Marianne works as a program manager for a marketing software company. She currently resides in Walpole but has also lived in Texas, Quebec and Puerto Rico.

Olivia Rizzo
Olivia was previously seen in the TCAN Players’ production of The Mousetrap. Other favorite roles of hers include Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, and Fantine in Les Miserables. By day Olivia is a high school Spanish teacher and although she currently lives in Wellesley. Olivia has also lived in London, Germany, Spain, and New Zealand. Olivia spends her free time applying to grad school, training for a half marathon, and being a huge Shakespeare enthusiast.

Steve Burgess
We welcome Steve back to the Natick stage as Frederick in Enchanted April. He was previously seen in the TCAN Players’ productions of Run for your Wife, The Unexpected Guest, The Games Afoot, and as a musician in Picasso at the Lapin Agile. Currently residing in Medfield, Steve is originally from England where he studied at Bath University. By day Steve works as a principal design engineer in digital electronics. Steve is also a semi-professional gigging and recording musician.

Stacy Kernweis
Stacy is making her TCAN Players debut as Rose Arnott in Enchanted April. Some of her favorite past roles include Sandy in “Grease,” Mavis in “Stepping Out,” Mrs. Cheveley in “An ideal Husband,” and Jennifer Collins in “Amateurs.” Stacy is a graduate of Sothern Methodist University and by day works as a Project Manager at Bose. Currently Stacy resides in Stow but has also lived in England, France, Spain, and Texas before returning to Massachusetts. Besides theater, Stacy is also interested in scuba diving, skiing, golf, and traveling.

Director: Kevin Groppe
Kevin is making his directorial debut with the TCAN Players as the director for Enchanted April. Kevin recently retired from Dana Hall School in Wellesley where he was head of the performing arts department for 33 years. Currently Kevin resides in Wellesley, MA and when he is not working on a production, Kevin is a long distance swimmer.
