Community Partners

As part of its community-based mission, TCAN dedicates resources to provide access to diverse arts programs, reducing barriers to attendance and building appreciation through arts education. TCAN achieves this goal by providing opportunities for local artists and performers to shine, allowing facility rental opportunities to nonprofit and municipal organizations, and making it possible for needy families to attend performances and education programs.

EXPANDING BOUNDARIES

As the arts community in Natick has grown, TCAN has developed strategic partnerships with selected cultural organizations.

Walnut Hill School for the Arts

The Walnut Hill School for the Arts, an international leader in arts education, has evolved as one of TCAN’s key strategic partners. For a number of years, the two organizations have collaborated to deliver quality theater education and programming to the families of MetroWest.

A Smile In Every Seat

Through partnerships with local Social Service organizations such as Natick Service Council, South Middlesex Opportunity Council of Framingham (SMOC), and the United Way of TriCountry, the Smile in Every Seat program works to promote access to TCAN’s high-quality programing by distributing free tickets and tuition vouchers to families and other members of our community facing economic hardship.
