BOX OFFICE
Listed performances at The Center for Arts in Natick are open to the public. There are three ways to purchase tickets to TCAN performances: online, by phone, or at our Box Office.
The TCAN Box Office is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and one hour prior to showtime. Call the TCAN Box Office at 508-647-0097 x201- if you get our voicemail system, please leave your name, phone number and event information - a TCAN volunteer will return your call promptly.
WILL CALL
TCAN does not mail tickets. All tickets purchased online and by phone may be picked up during regular Box Office hours, or are otherwise held at the Box Office for day of show.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Give a gift of the arts with a TCAN Gift Certificate! Gift certificates are available at the TCAN Box Office, which may be redeemed for tickets, classes or membership. Gift Certificates may be purchased in any denomination, and are valid for seven years from date of issuance in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Gift certificates may be redeemed at the TCAN Box Office.
GROUP SALES
Groups of 10 or more are eligible for discounted tickets to most TCAN performances. For more details contact Alison Carey, TCAN Box Office Manager at 508-647-0097 x208.
DISCOUNTS
TCAN members receive discounts for most performances. Ticket discounts are also available at most performances for children, students with college ID and seniors age 65 and above. For feature performances, children under 12 receive 50% discount on the non-member ticket price for most concert and theatre events. Children 8-16 are admitted free to classical concert events when accompanied by a TCAN member parent.
PRE-SALE TICKETS
TCAN members are eligible to purchase tickets for most events before the general public. New events are confirmed weekly with announcements in the TCAN News email newsletter and TCAN Facebook page. Most events are available for sale to the general public within 60 days of the scheduled event.
TICKET FEES
To raise funds required to maintain our historic Firehouse facility, a $1 Restoration Fee is added to the base ticket price of each concert and theatre performance. This fee is waived for all Open Mic events, Rock Off Main Street, Saturday family events and all Arts Education classes and Arts Camps.
Tickets for feature events purchased by phone are subject to an additional $1 processing fee.
Tickets purchased online are subject to applicable online convenience fees, as charged by our online ticket provider.
