PLEASE
NOTE: NO REFUNDS - ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
TCAN does not accept refunds or exchanges on ticket transactions. In
addition, TCAN does not accept purchased tickets on a consignment basis,
for re-sale
to other patrons on behalf of the original customer.
Patrons may donate tickets back to TCAN for re-sale, and claim the full
amount of the ticket as a contribution to a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization.
On a request basis, TCAN will provide a receipt for the amount of the
donated tickets plus associated fees.
Event dates and times
may change without notice. All persons regardless of age must have
a ticket
for
ticketed events, except at children's shows, where children under
two who sit on a parent's lap attend free. Please consider whether
a performance is appropriate for children before planning
to attend with infants or young people. Be considerate of your
young person's comfort and the
enjoyment of other audience members.
SNOW POLICY: CONCERTS and THEATER EVENTS -
Many feature events at TCAN include artists who have traveled great distances
for a handful of performances - therefore "the show must go on" and it does.
When the performance occurs, the "No Refunds" policy stated at the time
of sale remains in full effect. In the rare event of a forced cancellation,
notice will be posted on TCAN's website no later than four hours prior to
the show. Every effort will be made to reschedule within the following six
months. Tickets for the cancelled show will be honored at the rescheduled
performance. In the rare event of a forced cancellation of an Open Mic event,
notice will be posted on TCAN's website no later than four hours prior to
the normal start time. An email notice will also be sent to those on the
Open Mic email list.
SNOW POLICY: POCKET
FULL OF TALES CLASSES - When the Natick School System closes schools for inclement
weather,
all Pocket Full Of Tales theater workshops will be cancelled as well.
SNOW POLICY: DANCE CLASSES - When the Natick school system closes schools for inclement weather, all dance classes be be cancelled as well.
TICKET DISCOUNTS are available on most performances for students
(college ID) and seniors (age 65 or older). Children under 12 receive
tickets at 1/2 of the showday price
on selected
feature performances. TCAN members receive reduced pricing
on most concert and theater events, and children 8-16 are
admitted
free to evening
classical concerts when accompanied by a TCAN member parent
(Family-level membership or greater).
YOUNG CHILDREN - TCAN is happy to welcome children 8 and older at evening performances and chamber music concerts. For these events, younger children will be seated at the discretion of the concert hall management. Children of all ages are welcome at children's concerts and daytime family events. We do ask that you strongly consider your child's ability to sit silently through the performance, as some concerts can be fairly long. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admittance except at children's shows, where children under two who sit on a parent's lap attend free.
RESTORATION FEE - As most of
the income from ticket sales actually goes directly to the artist,
it requires a large annual fundraising effort to sustain TCAN's operation.
To maintain, preserve, and enhance the beauty and working condition
of our firehouse venue a $1 'restoration fee' is added to
the base ticket price of each concert and theater performance, effective
January 1, 2006. Fees will not be applied for Open Mic events, Saturday
morning family events, Youth Theater and Dance classes, Vacation Arts
Camps and Summer Arts Camps.
TCAN MEMBERS receive many benefits for their tax-deductible contributions
and help to support the ongoing operation of The Center. Click
