Dear Friends,
Our fall season features a fascinating lineup of artists from the Sixties at TCAN – so we can’t help but enjoy a brief flashback on the creativity and optimism that fueled the decade, and its lasting effect on the arts. We can change the world became an approach to life expressed in thoughts and deeds, music and theatre. Individuals believing as one that personal actions, however small, could make a positive difference felt by all.
By supporting
TCAN as a contributing member, you can help us make a difference
by releasing a child’s inner creativity in theatre and dance programs. Your gift will help give local artists the break they need, and make it possible for almost anyone to enjoy intimate performances by national artists. As a TCAN member your contributions introduce a new generation to classical music, and create opportunities to bring people together to share a love of the arts. In short, your membership gift will help inspire people – and won’t that make the world a better place? Please join us!
Look through these
pages and you’re sure to find arts events to inspire you, as we welcome Judy Collins, John Sebastian, Roger McGuinn, Jimmy Webb, Maria Muldaur and Chad & Jeremy to the Firehouse stage, along with other local and national artists. The TCAN Players set the mood for Halloween with a classic tale of horror and dark seduction in their production of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Topped off with a wide variety of jazz and chamber music events, all-ages shows, children’s programs and much more.
Inspire the community
and change the world…start by experiencing the arts at TCAN this season.
Sincerely,
David Lavalley,
Executive Director
The Center for Arts in Natick (TCAN)
