Get the message out as part of our marketing team - help promote TCAN and our programs!

TCAN volunteers provide content for our website, work with the media to publicize events, create promotional materials and graphics, distribute flyers and posters throughout Metrowest, do marketing research, maintain our mailing lists and lots more.

We currently need volunteers for the following positions:

MEDIA COORDINATOR
Help distribute event listings and photos to local media.

ARTS COORDINATOR
Identify and maintain arts listings on regional arts websites.

DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR
Distribute TCAN Calendar listings to local libraries and community facilities.

SCHOOL COORDINATOR
Be our liason at your local elementary school. Collate and help distribute educational and Family event flyers in August, early September and early January

MARKETING RESEARCH COORDINATOR
Research and develop mailing list for new advertising prospects. Research marketing opportunities for educational programs.

PHOTOGRAPHER
Photograph classes and events for marketing materials.
