Patrons are encouraged to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to performance to allow ample time to use TCAN's facilities, find your seat and settle in for the performance.

DURING THE PERFORMANCE
TCAN makes every effort to create a performance environment that is the region's best "listening room" for intimate live performances. This will ensure that you, other patrons and the performers enjoy the full benefits of the performance. For this reason, we request that once the program is underway you respect fellow audience members by refraining from talking, whispering or moving personal belongings while the performance is in progress.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in TCAN.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Cellular phones, beepers, watches, electronic organizers or other noise alarm devices should be switched to silent mode during the performance.

CAMERAS and RECORDING EQUIPMENT
Unless specified or approved prior to the performance, the use of flash cameras and all other recording devices including cell phone cameras is prohibited.

YOUNG CHILDREN
Children and adults of all ages are welcome at children's concerts and daytime family events.

TCAN welcomes children 8 and older at evening performances and chamber music concerts. Younger children will be seated at the discretion of the house management. Please consider whether a performance is appropriate for children before planning to attend with infants or young people. Be considerate of your young person's comfort and the enjoyment of other audience members.
