2018 Ladies of Laughter National Professional Winner, Erin Jackson is armed with a megawatt smile, a pocket full of dreams, and poised to conquer the world of stand-up. In addition to being the 2018 Ladies of Laughter Professional winner, Erin can be seen nightly in many of New York City's top comedy clubs, and recently made her late-night television debut on "CONAN." She was a semifinalist on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” and has also performed her stand-up on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Comedy Central’s “Live at Gotham,” AXS TV’s “Gotham Comedy Live,” OWN’s “Wanda Sykes Presents Herlarious,” and TV Guide Network’s “Standup in Stilettos.” Erin co-hosted three seasons of “Exhale,” a panel talk series on the ASPiRE television network, and has appeared on MSNBC, NFL Network, truTV, VH-1 and TV Guide Network as a panelist on numerous sports and pop-culture shows.

2018 LOL Contest Stand-Out, Kathe Farris is a suburban housewife and mother of two teenagers. She shares her unsolicited advice and wisdom about everyday things from calcium supplements to the political awfulness behind book groups. In addition to being a 2018 Ladies of Laughter Contest STAND-OUT, Ms. Farris participated in the Boston Comedy Festival 2014 & 2015, Women in Comedy Festival 2015 and the Chicago Funny Festival 2015. Ms. Farris started performing stand up nineteen years ago before career, babies and all that comes with it. Kathe returned to the microphone 3 years ago after collecting a minivan full of material and a desire to model to her kids that you should do what you love...and stay in school and don’t do drugs.

2018 "Newcomer" Runner-Up, Laura Merli is a standup comedian from New Jersey, schooled in Boston and is the 2018, Ladies of Laughter "Newcomer" Runner-up. She has been an improvisor with Improv Boston a comedy writer for Mcsweeney’s, Reductress, and podcaster.

2018 Ladies of Laughter Finalist in New York City, Carolyn Riley is a Boston based comedian and was named Laugh Boston's "Funniest Person in Massachusetts," and formerly The University of New Hampshire's "Funniest Person on Campus," she has opened for national headliners including Chris Distefano (MTV's "Guy Code"), Laurie Kilmartin (Last Comic Standing Finalist, Conan Staff Writer), and Jimmy Dunn (CBS's "The McCarthys").
