Tax Deduction Information:

The Center for Arts in Natick is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) cultural institution. The IRS considers charitable contributions as the difference between your gift and the “fair market value” of any goods or services received in exchange. The gift amount minus the value of benefits received by the donor may be considered tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Valued benefits can be waived by the donor, allowing the full donation to be considered a charitable gift.

Membership contributions up to $500 are 100% tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. From $500 to $2,500, the fair market value of the benefits received is $50; and from $2,500 and above, the fair market value of the benefits received is $110.
