Winners Announced in TCAN’S Juried Arts/Wayland Exhibit

From March 1st through April 1st, 2002, 36 pictures by members of Arts/Wayland are on exhibit in the Gallery at The Center for Arts in Natick. The winners, all Wayland residents, were announced at the Opening Reception on Sunday, March 3rd, and were determined by the three jurors: Steve Miller, printmaker; Dean Minor, watercolorist; and David Ratner, oil painter, who are all Natick residents.

Norman Law received First Prize for his mixed media work entitled “Visual Tapestry.” Second Prize went to Marjorie Deane for her watercolor, “Trevi, Italy.” Honorable Mentions named were Judy Bennett’s “Purple Mountains’ Majesty,” A. Gilson Haney’s “Split Step,” and Swati Mukerjee’s “Towards the Light.”
