CONFIRMATIONS

For mail in registrations, the Box Office will confirm registrations with a phone call. Registrations by phone, in person or on-line are confirmed only at the point of registration.

REFUNDS

For all classes scheduled during the school year, no refunds are available. Parents are advised to choose classes carefully and contact TCAN with any questions regarding education programs.

EXCEPTION: If the session is full, and if there is a waiting list, and if a replacement is secured, then a refund may be approved. Please see each program’s web page for specific refund policies. For all classes scheduled during the summer, refunds may be granted if written notice is received by TCAN by May 20. After May 20, no refunds are available. There is a $10 administrative fee for all refunds.
